Time Told Through Objects

( 2025 ) TID Museum at Møntergården in Odense explores how time shapes everyday life and society. Through objects, stories and discoveries, the museum unfolds the past, present and future of Odense and the wider region of Funen. The exhibitions move between the ordinary and the remarkable. Everyday objects, working life, moments of crisis, political decisions, archaeological finds and historic buildings all become part of the narrative. Together they reveal how people have lived, worked and shaped the city across centuries. Located within the historic setting of Møntergården in the centre of Odense, the museum connects local history with the rhythms of daily life. Small objects and personal stories open a broader perspective on time, place and community.
