( 2020 ) Kunstmuseum Brandts has developed a recognizable and dynamic design system for a new era. In close collaboration with the museum’s new leadership, we have shaped the graphic expression to reflect the spirit of the place. The design system conveys the boldness and foresight that have always grown out of the transformed textile factory, the driving force behind a cultural district in the heart of Denmark, and which will define Kunstmuseum Brandts going forward as a gathering place for experiences of both contemporary art and art history. The new visual identity is a consistently vibrant focal point across print, digital, and spatial communication. With this new design, Kunstmuseum Brandts gains a clean, timeless, and lively expression that embraces both the weight of the past and the energy of the future. The design unifies the overall experience of quality that already characterizes Kunstmuseum Brandts and supports the museum’s development strategy. At the same time, it establishes a new signature for the cohesion between the art museum and its industrial building.
